I am in the process of developing a social network website and i am not sure of the server space needed. Should i purchase a shared server or dedicated hosting? What specifications should i look for?

btw if you type in “dedicated servers” in google you will find many “business like” servers costing around $ 400. There’s no need for that kind of bandwidth or disk space for a starter website
